Peecon Cargo Tandem Tipping Trailers have a number of features that ensure a highly durable tipping trailer that is also very comfortable to drive. For example, all tipping trailers are equipped with a robust and stable tubular chassis. As standard, the tipper bodies have a bottom thickness of 6 mm, while the walls are made of 4 mm steel. On the bottom as well as on the sides, the box has been reinforced with tubes and posts, which provide additional torsional rigidity even when high density products are loaded. All boxes are built conically, resulting in excellent discharge of product. Each Cargo box is sandblasted, spray galvanized and provided with at least two layers of coating.
As standard, all Cargo models are equipped with heavy-duty through axles. In the case of the Cargo 16000, 18000 and 20000, these have been hydraulically suspended. The drawbar on the Cargo 18000 and 20000 is also hydraulically suspended as standard. The combination of the hydraulic trailer drawbar suspension and the suspended undercarriage ensures great driving comfort when the vehicle is fully loaded and prevents bouncing when unloaded. Swerving when turning corners is also a thing of the past. The cargos have a standard box height of 1200 mm (except Cargo 10000). Optionally, this can be raised to 1400 mm, 1500 mm or 1600 mm – always as a whole.
Thanks to the many options available, our Cargo models can be completely customized. Most other box dimensions are available on request. All models have an external width of 2550 mm, which complies with current rules and regulations while being prepared for future ones. Wider boxes are available.
