The multifunctional GRIZZLY device is used in no-till cultivation. The machine has the functions of a disc harrow and a stubble harrow, thanks to which it is possible to loosen and mix crop residues thoroughly in one pass.

TWO ROWS OF 510X4 MM TYPE “C” DISKS

At optimally high working speeds, the correctly aligned rake and cutting angle of the discs allow the user to achieve maximum mixing efficiency of crop residue with the soil, while reducing the disc row distance to 80 cm. The 510×4 mm diameter discs are mounted on a cushioned leg system with four rubber elastomers.

LEVELING DISC SECTION WITH 460 MM DISCS

The most efficient soil leveling and compaction can be achieved by selecting a roller from a wide range of rollers designed for different soil conditions. In addition, the roller is tasked with maintaining the set working depth of the cultivation section, which is adjusted using hydraulic actuators.

WITH RUBBER PROTECTION 40X210 MM

Rubber protection that effectively protects the discs from damage. These shock absorbers also further dampen vibrations transmitted to the machine.

CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT

The arrangement of tines in three sections with double-sided knives and a long coulter adjusted at a suitable angle to the ground in two rows enables uniform and intensive mixing of crop residues. The ability to work even after removing the blades makes it possible to achieve greater working depths. With the right beam spacing and ground clearance, excellent results can be achieved in all conditions.
