See our AGRO-Masz DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROLLERS
See the list of the different types of rollers machines that we can customize for your agricultural and forestry needs.
- Pipe rollerThe 500mm diameter roller is the most universal in our offering. It performs best on the light and non-stony soil in the dry conditions. The roller guarantees stable operation of the aggregate at the required and specified working depth. It leaves the soil loose and creates the good conditions for seeding.
The weight of the roller with a width of 3 meters – 140 kg.
2. Rubber roller
The shaft is made of rubber rings with a diameter of 500 mm. This rake can work in both moist and dry soil. Perfect for preparing fields for sowing in mulch. The properties of the rubber of which the rings are made and the axle scrapers used make it possible to eliminate the unwanted clogging of the axle, and thanks to the optimal diameter and relatively low rolling resistance, there is also no “pushing” effect of the soil even at low operating speeds. Specially profiled rings allow for efficient secondary compaction of the soil in the bands, and with appropriate spacing between the rings in the field, optimal conditions for sowing grain are created because the seed area is compacted vertically and the soil is loosened between the bands (in the line on which the seed coulters are carried), into which much of the rain is absorbed.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 454 kg. >
3. Flat bar roller (flat and slotted)
Shaft with a construction similar to a tubular shaft, based on laterally arranged sections of flat bars with a smooth or serrated edge. The relatively light and universal rollers are characterized by a good coefficient of crumbling and smoothing of the top soil layer. Works well in light and medium lands.
4. V-ring roller
The use of a roof roller is especially recommended for clod prone soils. The section of knife scrapers supports aggressively soil-growing rings, which guarantees intensive breakdown of clods. The annular structure of the roller belt kneads the soil considerably, resulting in better soil absorption.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 216 kg.
5. T-ring roller
Shaft with a diameter of 500 mm, with properties similar to the visor shaft, made of T-ring sections. Compacts the soil with belts. It works well on lumpy ground due to the aggressive profile of these rings. On this axle there is also a section of long scrapers that clean the gaps.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 260 kg.
6. Prismatic roller
The prismatic axle profile is created specifically for pre-seeding. The shape of the tines minimizes soil sticking, resulting in optimal loosening of the soil for seeding. Sharp tines create a reliable substrate for seed placement.
7. c-profile roller
The axle built from C-shaped profiles has one unique feature: the profiles are filled with soil during operation, which protects the rings and extends their lifetime. The rings do not disturb the soil with a large surface area. The main contact surface with the cultivated belt is the sealing soil rings that protect the field from the formation of a surface compacted layer. Each of the rings forming the shaft works independently in relation to the axis. The shaft is available in two versions: single or tandem. In the tandem version, the rings mesh with each other for an even better effect of crumbling the rolled soil. The roller enables optimal preparation of the field for sowing, it is also perfect for topsoil farming.
3-meter shaft weight in tandem version – 490 kg.
8. Crack roller
The shaft is designed to work in the most difficult field conditions – for crushing large clods, on clay soil – when tilling the soil and preparing for seeding.
9. Ring Roll Shaft
, consisting of elastic rings made of hardened steel, is dedicated to cultivating heavy soil. The roller strengthens the soil by breaking up clods, creating better conditions for soaking the soil. To protect the roller from clogging or sealing with moist soil, the knife scrapers also crush clods that get into the spaces between the rings. The smooth surface of the rings compensates for soil sticking to the roller during operation, even on damp and clay soils.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 182 kg.
10. packing roll
Solid gear shaft with a diameter of 500 mm. Ideal for wet, stony soils and those with high organic residues. The embankment design ensures even, medium compaction of the top layer of soil over the entire width of the cultivated strip. Assisted by the section of scrapers that clean the embankment of moist soil, it can also be successfully used on medium and heavy soils. The scrapers are made of hardened steel, which affects their long lifetime while maintaining full operational efficiency. Each individual scraper plate is adjustable on a stable handle, allowing for long-term use. The frame on which the scrapers are mounted allows you to change the angle of their work. The shaft is specially dedicated for working in tillage kits.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 260 kg.
11. Tandem roller
Most types of the machines included in the offer can be integrated with the tandem system of the tillage (finishing) rollers. Tandem is an arrangement of two rollers, i.e. flat bar roller – 400 mm and tube roller – 400 mm. As the rollers are suspended on the frame by the hinges, they can work adapted to the unevenness of the field and avoid double jump effects that lower the quality of work. The roller allows the stable unit to work while maintaining the specified working depth. It also shows the high coefficient of the cultivated strip leveling and soil recompaction.
12. Tandem 2 x crosskill
13. Rubber 2020 roll
The 560 mm diameter rubber roller is suitable for operation in almost all conditions. The tool is adapted to work with the seed drill. Due to its construction, the roller only compacts the soil at the point where the seeds fall, leaving the soil open between rows. This solution makes it easier to cover the seeds right after sowing.
A row spacing of 12.5 or 15.0 cm is available.
14. Trapezoidal 2020 roll
The 560 mm diameter rubber roller is suitable for working on light and medium soils. The tool is adapted to work with the seed drill. Due to its construction, the roller only compacts the soil at the point where the seeds fall, leaving the soil open between rows. This solution makes it easier to cover the seeds immediately after sowing.
A row spacing of 12.5 or 15.0 cm is available.
15. crosskill roller
Works well when breaking up lumpy soil. It leaves a strip of soil with a loose structure, thus also preventing the formation of crust on the surface. The ring-shaped shaft design protects it from clogging. The roller is ideal for light soil. The shaft can be configured with a system of longitudinal scrapers that clean the spaces between the rings.
Shaft weight at 3 meter width – 420 kg.
