HEAVILY MOUNTED CULTIVATION UNIT
Two types of aggregates: 3-meter wide aggregate with a short rigid frame and 4-meter with a hydraulically folded frame for transport. Optional equipment for the second of the models – transport system (drawbar with axle and wheels). Three sections of leveling fibers, two rows of tines and two rows of tillage rollers. This combination gives you an idea of the kit’s capabilities.
The first of them – the tooth has spring suspension with adjustable pressure and working depth. The second is a smooth lead resistor with a chain depth stop. Third – also smooth with spring pressure. Working with each subsequently gives a better effect of leveling the cultivated area. Everything to get the best effect.
Two beams, on which are placed elastic claws with 250 mm wide coulters, are basic tools that ensure good mixing of the soil in preparation for seeding. Thanks to the right combination of spacing between consecutive beams and ground clearance, they provide excellent results in both light and heavy soil conditions.
Active guards placed at the edge of both disc sections limit the ground zone deposited by the edge discs, preventing the formation of ruts at the cross connections. In the event of over-deepening or encountering a large obstacle, the mudguard holders are attached to the frame using floating joints, allowing the mudguards to tilt upwards in the event of a collision.
ROLLERS: LEVELING AND FINAL LEVELING SECTIONS
The string roller, working behind the first harrow bar, is the section responsible for the initial smoothing of transverse soil unevenness. The last working section of the machine is also a roller, this time a crosskill or tandem crosskill, working between the second and third scraper bars. Without a doubt, you get the optimal leveling!
