BT Series disc harrows are machines designed for tough jobs. Working widths of up to 6 meters and additional transport equipment are ideal for intensive and fast stubble cultivation. They are efficient with low fuel consumption. BT harrows are great for stubble cultivation with a lot of crop residue, as well as restoring fallow land to cultivation.
SIDE SCREEN
Active guards placed on the edge of both disk sections limit the soil deposition zone at the outer disks, preventing rutting when crossing passages. In the event of excessive depression or a large obstacle, the fender mounts are attached to the frame with floating connections, allowing the fenders to flip up in a collision. So you don’t need to adjust the screen, it adapts itself to the conditions. Plus, you can adjust its depth and longitudinal position.
RUBBER PROTECTION 35X210 MM
Each plate is mounted on an individual holder in a system of four rubber shock absorbers. They effectively protect the plates from damage. The shock absorbers also reduce vibrations transmitted to the machine. Work without worries, without breaks.
MAINTENANCE-FREE HUBS WITH CASSETTE SEAL
Does the daily maintenance of your old machine require too much time and attention? It’s time to forget about frequent bearing lubrication. Our disc harrows come standard with maintenance-free hubs, housing bearings that are identical to those used in the automotive industry. The entire system is sealed with cassette seals that have proven to be highly effective in demanding field conditions.
TWO ROWS OF PLATES
The rake angle and cutting angle of the discs, suitable for high working speeds, allow the user to achieve the highest possible effect by mixing crop residues with the soil in the working depth range from 3 cm to 14 cm with a standard disc diameter of 560 mm. It’s not the machine that determines the job possibilities! You set the limits!
