The Biga Mammoet Future vertical feed mixer is equipped with a patented Future mixing tube. As standard, the mixer is equipped with an electronic weighing system. The mixer has four hydraulically operated unloading doors. Two doors on the left and two on the right. The position and design of these unloading doors will ensure correct dosing of the rations. By adjusting the door position using the indicator, you can determine the amount to be unloaded. The adjustable discharge chute is equipped with stainless steel for even better feed delivery. The unique Peecon Double Action auger ensures fast and homogeneous mixing, so any livestock can be delivered precisely and homogeneously Mixed rations.
The extra thick augers are made of high-strength steel and have an extra sweeper for a smooth flow of rations during unloading. On this This way you can avoid using a drain belt. Peecon offers modified augers for specialty products and rations.
The unique auger design ensures low energy consumption without compromising on mixing speed. The machine is equipped with a separate and robust chassis painted in Peecon gray.
The Biga Mammoet Future series is equipped with straight sidewalls, which contribute to the perfect blending of even low-structure rations. The side walls of the Biga Mammoet Wide Body Futures are placed at an angle of 5° outwards. This way the width of the base and the height of the machine can remain the same while increasing the volume. The big mammoth Future is available from 22 m3 up to 50 m 3.
Optionally, in case of units with large volumes (> 30 m 3 ), we offer Peecon Powershift. This semi-automatic transmission can be operated manually or electrically. You can change gears while the machine is running to achieve an optimal auger rotation speed. This means you can save on power requirements, fuel consumption and wear and tear.
